You don't have to be right

We want to be heard but we don't know how to listen.

Who would like to talk to someone who always thinks they are right? Communicating with others allows us to broaden our view of things, communicate our points of view, correct and be corrected.

Communicating freely without fear of being humiliated or offended for being wrong, makes us more human and opens the way to more enriching conversations, as this opens up the possibility for other people to express their points of view without fear of being rejected.
